Melanie M. Dunajeski is the trusted advisor of business owners, insurance companies and individuals. With a focus on Employment Law and Insurance Coverage disputes, Melanie resolves disputed and litigated matters including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, ADA, FLMA and retaliation. Her 23 years of insurance claim litigation experience give her valuable insight into coverage opinions under a variety or coverage forms. She also assists insurers in the investigation of suspicious or disputed claims, including managing examinations under oath and declaratory judgment actions. She practices in the state and federal courts of both Indiana and Illinois, as well as in the administrative agencies of the same including the EEOC, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and the Illinois Civil Rights Commission.
