Carol Green-Fraley designated as official delegate to the Indiana School Board Association Conference

Carol Green-Fraley has been designated as the official delegate to the Indiana School Boards Association 60th Annual Fall Conference in Indianapolis on September 28 and 29 by the School Town of Highland Board of School Trustees. The Fall Conference is an annual event jointly sponsored by the Indiana School Boards Association and Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents. The conference will bring the latest information and some of the most informed experts on current topics in education, school consolidation, and school funding. In her capacity as a delegate, Mrs. Green-Fraley will be entitled to vote upon all matters submitted to the Conference as the sole representative of the Highland Board of School Trustees.

Mrs. Green-Fraley has been a member of the Highland School Board since 2004 and has served as Board President from 2006-2008 and Board Secretary in 2005-06 and 2008-09. She currently serves as the Board Vice-President.
