Tracy S. Oprea, RP: Tracy has over 16 years of paralegal experience and she is a PACE Registered Paralegal, having received this designation on May 29, 2007 after successfully passing the Paralegal Advanced Competency Examination. Tracy has been a speaker for NBI, Inc. on several occasions over the past three years with both live presentations and webcasts. Tracy's presentation topics for NBI, Inc. included "Medical Record Evaluation for Paralegals" and "The Paralegal's Guide to Getting the Medical Records You Need." In January 2010, Tracy became a member of the IPE Review Board. IPE (Institute for Paralegal Education) is a division of NBI, Inc.
