Tracy S. Oprea, R.P.:  Tracy has over a decade of paralegal experience and she is a PACE Registered Paralegal and received this designation on May 29, 2007 after successfully passing the Paralegal Advanced Competency Examination. Tracy also recently spoke at a seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute entitled "Medical Record Evaluation for Paralegals."
